Clean and comfortable room, with a great location just steps away from the beach. The reception staff, especially Ms. Chanida, were incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. The hotel exceeded our expectations and provided an excellent accommodation. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Great value for money, centrally located with easy access to Patong beach and restaurants. Staff were friendly and basic amenities were provided in the room. The balcony with a view of the street was a nice touch.

Had a spacious room with a large fridge and nice TV. The staff had friendly faces and were helpful. The best part was the location, a stone's throw from the beautiful beach, restaurants, and shopping center.

The housekeeping needs improvement. The bed sheets were not changed, and some basic amenities like bedside lights and electrical outlets were not available.

the room was quite spacious and tidy which was very good value. the proximity to the beach and local restaurants was a huge plus, as I didn't have to go far to find good food and enjoy ocean views. the staff were readily available to assist and were pretty friendly.

The service could have been better as there was no one to be found at the reception desk late at night, and in the morning there was a long waiting line of people with complaints.
